Samini Formerly known as Batman, Samini is one of Ghana’s most popular
hiplife artists. In addition to performances throughout Ghana, Samimi also performs in several European countries. An interview with Samimi appears in the Pierce Freelon film, “Hiphopumentary.”

 

 

 

 

 

Kwaw Kese recently received Ghana’s Artist of the Year award. He has brought significant change to the hiplife genre by adding strong beats and a harder sound reminiscent of American Southern hip hop.

 

 

         Tic Tac is one of Ghana's best known hiplife artists. He has been performing internationally for 10 years and has numerous hit songs.
